There is no indication of when a decision on the tariffs will be made. The next regularly scheduled Opinion Day is February 20th, but that does not mean that a ruling will be made that day, either, and it also does not rule out the possibility of a special ruling before then. 

**Based on this development, there is currently no change to the IEEPA tariffs.**
