Reciprocal Tariff Annexes Modified

Per an Executive Order issued on November 14, 2025 with respect to goods entered for consumption on or after November 13, 2025, reciprocal tariffs for 237 agricultural products will be suspended, and an additional 11 categories of agricultural products could potentially be excluded, provided they meet the criteria defined for the exemption. Annex I identifies the additions to Annex II and the new categories with defined criteria for exemption. Annex II is the updated list of all reciprocal tariff exemptions.
