New Section 301 Tariffs Effective 7/24/26
Section 301 tariffs ranging from 10% to 12.5% effective immediately for many countries and products, with some exceptions.
Effective for goods entered for consumption 7/24 and after. There is a small "grace" period for an in-transit exemption if the goods were loaded onboard the vessel at the port of origin and in-transit on the final mode of transportation prior to entry into the US before 7/24 AND are entered prior to 7/28.
