As reported by Reuters and other major news networks, the Supreme Court did NOT release a highly anticipated decision today on the IEEPA tariffs. SCOTUS released only one decision today, an unrelated case regarding the technicalities of criminal procedures.
There is no indication of when a decision on the tariffs will be made. The next regularly scheduled Opinion Day is February 20th, but that does not mean that a ruling will be made that day, either, and it also does not rule out the possibility of a special ruling before then.
Based on this development, there is currently no change to the IEEPA tariffs.
